I'm halfway through and I've lost 17 lbs. I hardly take any insulin anymore. I have an intestinal virus and am on a restrictioned diet with loads of carbs. Normally my blood sugar would be through the roof but now it hasn't gone over 150. On this program I barely take any insulin. Welcome to the group! I need the support to stay on track. My Practitioner has answered every one of my questions and has been mega patient with me. I try and go to as many zoom meetings as I can. I learn something new each time. Wednesdays are great too. That's when Dr. Axe is at the zoom answering questions specific to your needs. I learn a lot from those sessions too. If you slip, don't beat yourself up. Just shake it off and move forward. Never be shy about asking questions or sharing your struggles. This group is great.

My cravings are gone. My hot flashes and night sweats are gone. In the mornings, my legs were skeletal thin, but swollen by evening. That has leveled off. I have energy to get through the day and to walk my pup 2 or 3 times daily. For those of you just getting started, just follow the plan. It works. If/when you have questions, ask your Practitioner or in this group. There are so many resources to support you, but, at the end of the day, it's on you to show up for yourself each day.

But within just a few months, my blood sugar stabilized, and I was able to cut my medication in half. Not only do I feel healthier, but I’ve also lost weight and finally have the energy to do things I love, like gardening and hiking with my husband.

I'm so happy to share that I'm sleeping better, my sugar cravings have diminished significantly, and the constant pain in my joints has improved greatly. Additionally, my ability to focus has improved, which was one of my main concerns.

I wouldn't have been able to function effectively at work without participating in this program.
